• All Emails & Phone messages will be returned within 24  business hours, during our regular business hours (M-F, 9am-5pm) eastern standard time.

• From Friday evening after business hours (5pm) eastern standard time through the weekend - emails & Phone messages will be returned the following Monday.

• Note: Our response to email correspondence is generally the fastest way to communicate with our customers.
  

When contacting us by phone or email, please leave a detailed message, along with what product you are inquiring about, your name and phone number and the best time to reach you.

If contacting us by phone please do not email us as well, this just makes things more confusing and time consuming for us. Thanks! Your response back will be quicker if you use only one method of communication.

It is helpful when sending emails to be descriptive in the email subject line - examples of common questions.

• Shipping status?: Put this in the subject line of email, please include your full name, email address, phone # and order # if you have it, we can respond quickly if we have the proper information.
• I received the wrong order: Put this in the subject line of email, please give us your full name & email, phone # and order #. Tell us what you received in your order and we will research your order and send you a confirmation email and will reship ASAP.
• Product knowledge or product questions: Put this in the subject line of email and we can be more efficient to get you an answer back.
• I want to order over the phone: Put this in you email subject line so we can call you back quickly to place your order over the phone, please include your full name email address phone # and a good time to call you back.
• I want to become a Affiliate or Wholesaler: Put this in you email subject line so we can have our affiliate support team contact you back quickly .
